Awesome Gadgets This Year
There have been a fair few announcements this year when it comes to gadgets that are going to be really useful and fun to have, of course there are some that look rubbish. Here are just a few of the ones I shall be buying.
Project Natal
This new Microsoft add on for the Xbox 360 is really a deserved kick up the ass for Nintendo who have failed to keep their many fans and have gained pointless family fans. The sensor will allow full body motion sensing meaning that no controller or even attachments to the body are needed at all, mind blowing stuff.
One of the best things about this is that they have promised a 2010 release which is great news for gamers like me, do not expect a low price for it though, I would say around the $200 mark. The 360 is expected to go on for another five years because of this which means you will not see another Xbox until 2015.
3D TV
Although a nice big 3D television would look good in any home I have to say I am really not impressed with the way this technology is moving. There are so many people that are ready to get this, do not expect it to be cheap. I personally do not think that the technology is as good as it could be at the moment which is why I am not going to be buying one. This is certainly something that needs to be looked out for in the future.
RC Vehicles
Okay so having a RC Tank or a RC car isn’t exactly something that is new but this year a company is releasing a RC helicopter that users can control with their iPhone. This is somethign worth getting surely. Surely it is not going to be too long before we can start controlling real cars with devices such as the phone like in Tomorow Never Dies. There are going to be more great gadgets controlled by the iPhone that is safe to say!
