Google started first as being an Internet search engine. It then became a company with many online solutions (besides offline ones) used by billions of end-users all over the world. Starting as a new venture, to help even more the IT whole industry, Google did start a program that is introducing fiber optics networks all over the US. It was announced publicly in February 2010.
